The crews are very respectful and nice. I've been with them for 3 years and haven't had any issues. They are fast and efficient and accommodating to my schedule; ie: if I have a party I can call and they will make sure everything is done early that day or just before. The owner and office manager are easy to talk to. The owner shows up on big jobs to make sure things are done right and gives accurate quotes on all work. They are fairly priced. I would definitely recommend them if you need lawn services.

Work performed on designer block berm wall was outstanding. Ran into an issue where they started installing the wrong type of designer block then what was originally requested. I did not notice until after the installation started. I brought it up to the owner/supervisor and he made the correction with no resistance and no additional cost to me. The project came out great and I am looking to have them perform more landscape design projects for us in the near future. FEI has been our general landscape maintenance contractor for 15 straight years. The edge, in my opinion, FEI has over any other landscaper that I could bring in is their personable and organized office manager. Her responsiveness to any needs, or concerns, which I may have regarding my lawn care service is handled professionally and efficiently.

From the time I spoke to Debbie in the office who was beyond professional and accommodating to when the guys came to do the work, the experience was really great. And now, our lawn looks better than it has looked in a long time. Paul the lead tech came to inspect during the job and followed up afterwards.
